Synne Hathway

Synne Hathway is a qualified solicitor with a robust background in commercial litigation and extensive legal experience. Currently serving as an Associate Solicitor at Carbon Law Partners since December 2018, Hathway previously worked at VWV as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor and began their career at Harrison Clark Rickerbys Ltd, where significant expertise in financial litigation, property disputes, and professional negligence claims was established. With a comprehensive training foundation that included diverse sectors such as commercial property and corporate law, Hathway holds a Master's degree in Public International Law from the University of Oslo and an LLB in Law and Politics from the University of Wales, Cardiff, complemented by the Legal Practice Course from the University of the West of England.
