Diahann Ouly

Diahann Ouly has been serving as an Instructional Technology Specialist at the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit since December 1998, where responsibilities include training and staff development in curriculum and technology integration for educators, as well as designing and developing programs and in-service courses for teachers. Prior to this role, Diahann worked as a Library Media Specialist and Computer Education Teacher at the Panther Valley School District from 1989 to 1998. Diahann Ouly holds a Certification in Educational Administration from Penn State Great Valley (2004-2005) and a Master of Education in Education/K-12 Technology from DeSales University (1999-2002).
