Victor Madueño

Victor Madueño serves as the Experience Consulting Director at EPAM Systems, where responsibilities include leading Customer Experience consultancy across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey with an emphasis on omnichannel strategies to enhance business value. Previously, Victor held roles such as Client Service Director at Emakina MENA, Senior Commercial Director and other senior positions at Merkle MENA, and Digital Strategy Director at Science & Sunshine. In addition to directorial roles, Victor is a Startup Mentor with the Founder Institute GCC and offers consultancy through VM Consulting. With a diverse expertise in digital marketing, experience design, and customer experience, Victor has also been involved as a non-executive advisor and board member at Carbon Mobile, alongside participation in initiatives like SOL3MATES and the Metaverse Standards Forum.
