Matt Gormley

Matt Gormley has a solid work experience history, starting as an Audit Trainee at Grant Thornton UK LLP in August 2011 and working their way up to become an Audit Manager in October 2014. Matt held this position until September 2017 when they joined Shanta Gold Limited as their Group Financial Controller. At Shanta Gold, they served in this role from September 2017 to November 2021. Currently, Gormley holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Carbon Neutral Royalty Ltd., starting in April 2022.

Matt Gormley attended Brooke Weston Academy from 2001 to 2008, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Warwick in 2008 and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics. In August 2011, they obtained a certification called ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
