Huan-Yao Huang (Peter)

Huan-Yao (Peter) Huang is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing and chemistry. Currently serving as Chief Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at Carbon Revolution since November 2022, Huan-Yao previously held the position of Sr Staff Manufacturing Engineer at Rivian from November 2020 to November 2023. Huan-Yao's expertise includes providing technical support to production teams, developing new tooling for manufacturing processes, and enhancing equipment capabilities at Tesla as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer from April 2017 to March 2019. Earlier roles include Development Chemist at DuluxGroup and AkzoNobel, where Huan-Yao focused on paint processes and formulations, as well as Senior Process Engineer at AUO and Research Assistant at Elementis Global. Huan-Yao holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from National Sun Yat-Sen University.
