Jakob Blomqvist

Jakob Blomqvist is an experienced manufacturing engineer currently employed at Carbon Revolution since May 2022. Previously, Jakob held multiple positions at Ford Motor Company, including chassis controls test engineer and design and release engineer, where responsibilities involved calibrating steering features, leading project engineering for body interiors, and managing cost-saving initiatives. Jakob also served as a warranty spend project manager at Sewells MSXI and worked as a calibration engineer and OPD calibration engineer at Ford, focusing on selective catalytic reduction systems and powertrain quality assignments. Earlier experience includes a development engineer role at Scania, focusing on heavy vehicle diesel engine calibration and emissions compliance. Jakob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Uppsala University.
