Stephen Arena

Stephen Arena is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Manufacturing Lead at Carbon Robotics since May 2022, Stephen previously held the role of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at ZF Group, where responsibilities included leading the design of robust powertrain modules and preparing proposals for customer RFQs. Stephen also contributed as a Mechanical Engineer in robotics and machine design at Electroimpact, developing custom manufacturing robotics for the aerospace industry, and implemented automated tooling for Boeing 737 production. Earlier career roles included tutoring local elementary students and an engineering internship at S.T. Hudson. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, earned in 2014.
