Tilman Voorsanger

Tilman Voorsanger is a highly skilled engineer with significant experience in product development and mechanical engineering. Currently a Product Development Engineer at Carbon SiC Technologies, Inc, Tilman focuses on R&D materials engineering and manufacturing. Previously, as Engineering Lead for SC Formula Electric, Tilman led efforts to design and test an electric race car for the FSAE competition. Additional roles include experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at USC Viterbi School of Engineering, where evaluation of carbon fiber layup techniques was conducted, and mechanical engineering internships at ZapBatt Inc. and SPIN Storage Systems, emphasizing battery systems and prototype development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Product Development Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
