Alan Shortz

Alan Shortz has extensive work experience in the field of technology infrastructure and network management. Alan started their career at The Hackett Group in 2003, where they held the positions of Security Services Manager and later Senior Manager of Infrastructure until December 2011. From November 2011 to August 2012, Alan worked as a Network Engineer at Practice Fusion. Alan then progressed to the role of Senior Network Engineer from September 2012 to March 2016. Alan's most recent position was at Practice Fusion, where they served as the Network Team Lead from April 2016 to January 2017. Since January 2017, Alan has been employed as a Senior TechOps Engineer at Carbon.

Alan Shortz attended Drexel University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Systems.
