Herman Li

Herman Li has extensive work experience in various roles, starting with their current position as a Senior Print Software Engineer at Carbon since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Print Software Engineer at the same company from September 2017 to April 2022. Before joining Carbon, Herman worked as a Print Analyst at Carbon from March 2016 to September 2017.

Herman also has experience as a Research Intern at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) in 2015, where they learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to analyze the utilization of public space by the elderly. Herman also facilitated a leadership program for SUTD and MIT students during their time at SUTD.

In 2014, Herman worked as a Research Intern at the Hong Kong University of Technology and Design (HKUST), where they conducted molecular-scale modeling of graphene-epoxy composites and simulated thermal transfer in these interfaces. Herman presented their findings to a team and discussed future work strategies.

Herman's work experience also includes an Engineering Internship at Pixtronix, a Qualcomm company in 2013, where they evaluated design parameters for MEMS displays and tested the strength and reliability of epoxies for electronic packaging. In 2012, they served as an Electronics Teaching Assistant at the MIT Office of Engineering Outreach Programs, mentoring high school students in engineering and assisting with electrical engineering instruction and lab work.
