Kelsey Reed has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Kelsey started their professional journey as a Camp Counselor at Decathlon Sports Club in 2013 and continued in that role until 2017. In 2018, they joined Stanford Biomotion Laboratory as a Research Assistant for a brief period of three months. Concurrently, they also became a Campus Tour Guide at Stanford University, a role they held until 2021. In 2019, Kelsey interned as a Softgoods Product Design Intern at Apple for three months. Additionally, in 2020, they interned at Carbon as a Printed Part Design and Engineering Intern for five months. Most recently, in 2022, they became an Applications Engineer at Carbon.
Kelsey Reed completed their education at Stanford University, starting in 2016 and ending in 2020. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University from 2020 to 2021. Before attending Stanford University, Kelsey attended Menlo-Atherton High School from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Kelsey also obtained a certification in OnShape Fundamentals CAD from Onshape, a PTC Technology, in January 2022.
