Michael Murillo

Michael Murillo started their career at Quest Scholars in 2004 as an Associate. Michael worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they were employed as a Sr. Design Engineer at Cardica, Inc. In 2010, they joined Smart Design as a Sr. Design Engineer and stayed until 2011. Michael then joined Ceterix Orthopaedics, where they initially worked as a Sr. Design Engineer from 2011 to 2014 and later as a Principal R&D Engineer from 2014 to 2017. Michael is currently working at Carbon since 2017, where they started as a Principal Mechanical Engineer, moved on to become a Design Engineering Manager in 2019, and currently holds the position of Director Of Mechanical Engineering since 2022.

Michael Murillo attended Stanford University from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Product Design/Mechanical Engineering.
