Neal York

Neal York is currently the Director of Operations - Materials at Carbon since June 2021. Prior to this role, Neal was the Director of Operations Engineering at BASF from October 2013 to June 2021, following their tenure as the Site Manager in the Polyurethane Systems production division of the BASF Performance Materials division. With experience in managing various engineering and manufacturing roles at companies like A123 Systems, Ultra Electronics Group, Autovan LLC, and Delphi, Neal has a strong background in developing and implementing manufacturing processes for a variety of products. Neal holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
