Soumya Phadke

Soumya Phadke has a diverse range of work experience. They currently work as a Manufacturing Engineer at Carbon. Prior to this, they worked at HCL Technologies as a Process Engineering Technician Lead for Facebook. They also have experience as a Production Engineer at Membrion, Inc., where they were involved in making and testing ion exchange membranes, as well as optimizing membrane parameters through experimental methods. Before that, they served as a Research Intern at Membrion, Inc. and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Hillhouse Group. Soumya has also worked at Jumping Beans indoor playground and cafe as a Teammate, and at Kumon Math and Reading as an Early Learner Assistant.

From 2016 to 2020, Soumya Phadke attended the University of Washington, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
