Previously, Pankaj held a growth strategy role at Sysco in 2023, focusing on revenue generation aligned with sustainability. As an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from 2015 to 2022, Pankaj led energy transition strategies for Fortune 500 clients. Pankaj's earlier career at Schlumberger spanned multiple roles from Field Engineer to Dual Services Manager, where significant expertise in operations and team management was developed. Pankaj holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
