Anna Pavlova has over 20 years of experience working in various roles related to energy transformation, sustainability, and climate policy. Anna currently serves as the VP of Strategy, Market Development, and Public Relations at CarbonQuest. Prior to this, Anna worked at COEFFICIENT as a Strategic Advisor, advising corporations and associations on energy transformation and decarbonization. Additionally, Anna was the Vice President of Government Relations at Schneider Electric and held various policy and federal affairs roles at Johnson Controls. Anna also worked as the Policy Director at 25x25 and as an Associate at Gordley Associates, where they worked with agriculture trade associations on issues such as international trade and renewable energy. Anna began their career as a Policy Assistant at Central Soya/Cerestar. Before starting their career in energy and sustainability, Anna founded a cultural exchange initiative to bring together cultural institutions for special projects.

Anna Pavlova attended The Taft School between 1992 and 1996, although no degree name or field of study is provided. Anna then went on to earn a BSFS in international trade and economics from Georgetown University between 1996 and 2000. In 2006, Pavlova pursued a master's degree in Art History from the Corcoran College of Art and Design, which they completed in 2008.
