Melissa Diaz Iglesias has a varied work experience in marketing and communication roles. Melissa is currently serving as the Latam Marketing Manager at Blink Charging since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Coordinator of Marketing at Novus Civitas from June 2018 to October 2022. Melissa'sresponsibilities included developing and executing marketing strategies for various brands, managing the marketing budget, and implementing ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with advertising agencies.
Before joining Novus Civitas, Melissa worked at Atlantic International BPO from July 2013 to June 2018. During their time there, they held multiple roles including Marketing and Business Development Analyst, where they were responsible for content creation, B2B marketing strategies, and internal and external communications coordination. Melissa also served as a Communications Analyst, handling internal media coordination, internal communication campaigns, and employee motivation and well-being activities.
Prior to Atlantic International BPO, Melissa worked as a Social Communicator at CAJAMAG - Caja de Compensación Familiar del Magdalena from January 2013 to July 2013. Melissa'srole involved developing and executing internal communication strategies, managing the company's internal newsletter and social media profiles, and creating a digital marketing and communication plan.
Melissa's earliest work experience was as an Intern in Social Management and Communications at Procaps Laboratories from January 2012 to June 2012. Melissa'sresponsibilities included supporting internal communication, managing the intranet, creating corporate newsletters, and assisting in the development and implementation of internal communication campaigns and corporate social responsibility activities.
Melissa Diaz Iglesias completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Communication and Journalism from Universidad del Norte in the years 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a diploma in Strategic Marketing from the same institution in 2015. In 2017, Melissa enrolled in a specialization program focused on Marketing at Universidad del Norte, which they completed in 2018.
