Dakota Hicks

Dakota Hicks has a wealth of experience in risk management and compliance. From 2017 to present, they have been the Director of Risk Management at CARD.com, where they are responsible for designing and implementing program controls and maintaining awareness of evolving risk threats and industry trends. Prior to this, they were the Senior BSA/AML Compliance Specialist at Green Dot Corporation from 2015 to 2017, where they provided resources for BSA Compliance Specialists and assisted with investigations. From 2007 to 2015, they held various positions at AccountNow, including BSA/AML Investigator, Risk Management Associate, and Customer Service Representative. In these roles, they investigated customer accounts for potential suspicious activity, monitored accounts for potential fraudulent activity, and processed responses to incoming subpoena requests.
