Adam Dury has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Adam is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Card Factory, where they are responsible for delivering and executing the commercial strategy to increase sales, profit margin, and market share. Adam is also accountable for the company's ESG strategy and the future Model Store program.
Prior to their current role, Adam worked at Tesco Stores Ltd for over 14 years. Adam held various positions, including Category Director: General Merchandise, Marketing Director: General Merchandise, and Commercial Director: General Merchandise. During their tenure, they developed and implemented category plans, launched new own brands, and built effective marketing functions.
Adam's career started at Marks and Spencer as the Head of Merchandising, where they worked for six years.
From 1995 to 1999, Adam Dury attended the University of Surrey, where they obtained a BSc degree in Retail Management.
