Bekka Spetz

Bekka Spetz has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies.

Most recently, in 2022, they joined Card Kingdom as a Human Resources Manager, following their role as a Human Resources Generalist at the same company from April 2022 to September 2022.

From 2019 to 2022, Bekka worked at Exotic Metals Forming, a Division of Parker Aerospace, as an HR Generalist II. Their responsibilities included enforcing policies and procedures, process improvement, employee retention efforts, coaching, performance management guidance, conflict resolution, conducting investigations, and taking necessary actions.

Prior to that, they worked at Coordinated Care, part of Centene Corporation, from 2014 to 2019. Bekka held the positions of Human Resources Business Partner, where they served as a local subject matter expert in the HR Information System, Workday, and developed custom reports for cross-functional teams. Bekka also held the role of HR Specialist, managing onboarding for 346 employees and achieving a high orientation satisfaction rating.

During their time at Soundpath Health from 2010 to 2014, Bekka took on various roles, including HR Generalist/Trainer, HR Generalist, and Interim HR Manager. Their responsibilities included refining and building the New Employee Orientation process, restructuring HR functions and processes due to integration with Catholic Health Initiatives, leadership of the entire HR department during a manager's leave of absence, and providing support to the Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to that, they worked at SAMBICA from 2007 to 2009 as an Office Manager & Registrar, where they implemented changes to the summer camp registration process and developed marketing materials.

Their earliest work experience was as a Purchasing Agent at STI Machine Services from 2003 to 2005.

Bekka Spetz has a diverse education history. Bekka obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with an emphasis in Missions from Cairn University between 2000 and 2003. In 2006, they took project management courses at Bellevue College. Bekka also pursued computer courses at Whittier College in 2003.

In 2019, Bekka enrolled in Capella University and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Human Resources Management and Services in 2022. During their time at Capella University, they received the President's List recognition in the spring of 2020, which reflects their exceptional academic performance.

Additionally, Bekka holds several certifications. Bekka obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in May 2018. In November 2016, they attained the Professional in Human Resources certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and knowledge in the field of Human Resources.

In terms of additional training, Bekka completed the Child Development Associate Training Certificate through Penn Foster's online studies program in 2009.
