James Buckley has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. James started their career at Bank of America in 1999 as a Banking Center Channel Workforce Manager, where they led a team responsible for resource management for over 5,500 Banking Centers. James ensured appropriate staffing, budget adherence, scheduling, and maintained customer service levels.
In 2007, James became a Consumer Market Manager at Bank of America, a role they held until 2009. After this, they joined Card Kingdom in 2012 as the President. In this position, they were responsible for the overall performance of the company, including strategic planning, operational targets, personnel development, and leading a team of directors and managers across different lines of business.
Prior to their role at Card Kingdom, James also held the position of SVP, Associate Readiness Manager at Bank of America from 2011 to 2012.
