Amrarul Islam

Amrarul Islam has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and education. Amrarul currently works as a Lecturer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Cardiff and Vale College since 2023. Prior to this, they were a hourly paid lecturer and a PHD researcher in Advance Control Electronics at the University of South Wales from 2017. Amrarul also worked as a Lecturer in Mathematics and Physics at Talbot green Education Centre from 2013. Additionally, they served as an Associate Researcher in opto-electronics at the University of South Wales from 2014 to 2016. Amrarul worked as a Product Development Engineer at Able Electronics Limited from 2009 to 2011 and as a Space Utilization Study specialist at MovePlan in 2015. Amrarul also gained experience as a Student Courier at the Students Union at the University of South Wales from 2012 to 2014, and at the University of Glamorgan Union from 2006 to 2008.

Amrarul Islam completed their education in a chronological order. In 2006 to 2008, they attended the University of South Wales and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Following that, from 2010 to 2012, they studied at Anglia Ruskin University, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management. Finally, in 2012 to 2013, they proceeded to the University of South Wales to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Sustainable Power Technology.
