Elinor Bray

Human Resources CIPD Lecturer at Cardiff and Vale College

Elinor Bray has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elinor is currently working as a Human Resources CIPD Lecturer at Cardiff and Vale College since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Airbus from 2010 to 2020, where they held positions such as Leadership Development Specialist, Programme Manager, and had a maternity and parental leave. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Talent Manager at the Talent & Executive Management Department of EADS. Elinor also gained HR management development experience at Cassidian, EADS from 2008 to 2009 and started their career as a Human Resources Advisor and Graduate Trainee at Cassidian in the UK from 2005 to 2008.

Elinor Bray completed their education in a chronological order. Elinor attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2002 to 2005 and obtained a degree in Economics & Management. Prior to that, they attended Bassaleg School from 2000 to 2002, where they completed their A-Levels in Economics, English Literature, and Geography. Before their A-Levels, they attended Bassaleg School from 1998 to 2000 and obtained their GCSEs in 10 subjects.

In addition to their formal education, Elinor Bray has obtained various certifications. In December 2021, they achieved Level 7 Advanced Awards in Employment Law, Organisation Design and Development, and Resourcing and Talent Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). In June 2013, they obtained the French Level B2 certification from IS Aix-en-Provence. Elinor also holds a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel & Development, which they received in March 2012 from CIPD.

Moreover, Elinor Bray has completed training to become a mentor at Airbus in December 2009 and is part of the Airbus Young Professional Circle since December 2008. Elinor also completed a course on Managing Investigations and Introduction to HR Law and Best Practice from Eversheds Sutherland in December 2007.
