Matthew Bloxham

Matthew Bloxham is an experienced football coach currently serving as the U21 Assistant Coach at Cardiff City Football Club since November 2010. Bloxham has also held the position of U18 Coach for four years and has worked in various roles within the club's academy, including Academy Individual Player Development Coach for ages 12 to 21, Academy Assistant Development Coach for ages 12 to 16, and Academy Coach. Prior to joining Cardiff City FC, Bloxham served as a Schools Coordinator and Academy Coach, where responsibilities included developing participation initiatives for schools and contributing to the development of the school curriculum in South Wales. Bloxham holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Development from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and A levels in PE, History, Psychology, and ICT from Crosskeys College.
