Melanie Foos

Melanie Foos is an experienced community and operations manager with a robust background in the property management industry. Currently serving as Community Manager and Area Manager at Cardinal Group Companies since April 2021, Melanie has also held the position of General Manager during this tenure. Prior to this, Melanie was the General Manager at Campus Advantage from January 2019 to April 2020 and served as Director of Operations at THE WASHINGTON INTERN HOUSING NETWORK, LLC from August 2013 to April 2019. Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, earned between 1999 and 2004.
