Bill Rozich

Bill Rozich is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the SVP of Human Resources for Global Centers of Excellence and Corporate Business Partners at Cardinal Health since November 2005. Bill has led various HR teams and initiatives, spanning talent acquisition, management, compensation, and organizational effectiveness, for large business segments and employee populations. Prior to Cardinal Health, Bill held multiple HR leadership roles at GE Capital and GE Silicones, showcasing a strong background in HR strategy and integration. Bill holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University at Buffalo.
