Valerie Roy

Valerie Roy is the owner of the Cardio Plein Air Lévis franchise, a position held since October 2016, where innovative and accessible training programs contribute to the well-being of Quebec residents. In addition to promoting healthy lifestyle habits for employees, Valerie emphasizes the importance of wellness as an investment for businesses. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, Valerie served as a police officer with Sûreté du Québec from November 2009 to July 2016. Valerie's educational background includes a DEC in police techniques from Cégep Garneau and ongoing studies at Université Laval, which started in 2020, alongside a brief educational experience at Ataraxia in 2016.
