Selim Blliku, MBA has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Business and Tax Consultant at Deloitte Albania and Kosova, where they streamlined business processes, identified new business opportunities, and managed accounting and tax services for major clients. In 2016, Selim became an Adjunct Professor of Management at the University of Tirana, teaching management courses until 2019.

In 2018, Selim joined ERA 2000 ltd. as an Operations Manager, where they successfully oversaw operations and managed suppliers for greenhouse construction projects. In 2020, they worked as a Consultant at IXL Center, conducting market research and assisting with client research and analysis.

This program was STEM-designated and lasted from 2019 to 2021. Prior to their MBA, Selim pursued a Masters of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tirana. Selim completed this degree from 2014 to 2016. Their undergraduate studies also took place at the University of Tirana, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Selim has acquired various certifications.
