Silva Hasaj

Silva Hasaj has a diverse work experience ranging from financial roles to policy internships. Most recently, Silva has worked as an Operations Analyst at both CARDO AI and Fasanara Capital starting in 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, Silva worked at EY as a Tax Consultant, providing tax compliance and advisory services to Microsoft Albania. As a Financial Analyst at IBN shpk from 2017 to 2019, Silva analyzed company projects and implemented strategies to mitigate risk and maximize profits. Before that, from 2015 to 2016, Silva worked as a Financial Accountant at IBN shpk, maintaining accounting records and supervising the Treasury Department. Silva gained experience as an intern at the Monetary Policy Department of the Bank of Albania and the Sectorial Policies Directory of the Ministry of European Integration in 2015 and 2014 respectively. In 2012, Silva interned at Grant Thornton LLP, acquiring skills in conducting audits and serving clients' needs.

Silva Hasaj has a strong education background. They obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their first Master's degree in Politics and Governance of the European Union with an impressive GPA of 9.9/10 at the Institute of European Union Studies, University of Tirana from 2014 to 2016.

In 2011, Silva Hasaj earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London. Before entering university, they completed their A levels in Economics at Abacus College, Oxford in 2010.

Additionally, Silva Hasaj finished high school with a remarkable 9.9/10 GPA at TURGUT ÖZAL in 2010.
