Mikaela Willman has worked for five companies since 2014. Mikaela began their career at Deutsche Bank as an FX Structuring in 2014. From 2015 to 2021, they worked for H&M in two roles: Online Business Development and Business Controller. In 2018, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and Associate. In 2021, they moved to Reforma as their Chief Financial Officer. Currently, they are the Chief of Staff and Head of Special Projects at Cardo Health.
Mikaela Willman obtained their Abitur from Ludwig-Uhland-Gymnasium from 2002 to 2009. Mikaela then attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2010 to 2014, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business with Spanish. In 2012 and 2013, they attended Esade for an exchange program, earning their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business. In 2014, they obtained three certifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI): Derivatives, Securities, and UK Financial Regulation.
