Tom Semark

Tom Semark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and real estate sectors. Currently serving as CEO of sunlove.us™ and an Independent Consultant for Powur, PBC since March 2021, Tom has dedicated over a decade to helping homeowners achieve energy independence. In addition, Tom has been a Real Estate Investment Partner at Cardone Capital since 2021, focusing on property acquisition and management. Previous roles include Renewable Energy Consultant at Sunrun, Senior Solar and Roofing Design Consultant at Petersen Dean Inc., and various leadership positions in the hospitality and banking industries. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Detroit Mercy.
