Ava Ivy

Ava Ivy has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Ava began their career in 1997 as an Organizational Effectiveness Manager for SC Johnson Professional (SC Johnson & Sons). In 2002, they moved to Coors Brewing Company as an HR Director for Field Sales. In 2005, they took on the role of Global Human Resources Business Partner at SPX Filtran. In 2007, they were Corporate Human Resources at Miller Brewing Company. In 2008, they became the Director of Human Resources at Cosi, Inc. In 2011, they were the Head of Human Resources/Vice-President, Global Human Resources at Enesco. In 2016, they were the Managing Partner - HR Consultant/Coach at Ivy Insights Group, LLC. In 2020, they were the Chief Administrative Officer at Northern Seminary. Currently, they are the Human Resources Leader at Cards Against Humanity, LLC and the Director of Human Resources at EdNavigator.

Ava Ivy completed their Doctorate of Philosophy in Business-Organizational Management/Human Resources Management from Capella University between 2005 and 2012. Ava then obtained their Master of Science in Communication Education/Interpersonal Communication from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1989-1990. Her Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication was also earned from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale between 1986 and 1989.
