Monti Redman

Monti Redman has over 20 years of work experience in Human Resources. Monti began their career in 1992 as a Human Resources - Benefits and Recruiting Coordinator for Equity Office Properties. In 1997, they joined Forsythe as a Sr. Director-Employee Relations, where they managed a team of 3 Human Resource Business Partners. In 2018, Monti became an Independent Human Resources Consultant. In 2019, they joined Cards Against Humanity, LLC as a Human Resources Executive.

Monti Redman attended Northeastern Illinois University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Training & Development with a focus in Human Resources and Business. Monti also completed the Integral Coaching and Certification Program at New Ventures West. In addition, Monti Redman has obtained several certifications, including a Hogan Certification and Advanced Feedback Workshop from Hogan Assessment Systems in April 2019, Prosci from Prosci in March 2019, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2015, an HRCI Certification from the International Human Resource Certification Institute (IHRCI) in August 2021, a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management in August 2019, a Leadership Circle Profile Certification from The Leadership Circle, a Leadership Trainer certification from Pacific Institute, and an MBTI Certification from The Myers & Briggs Foundation.
