Shaun Toomey

Shaun has served Capital City Nurses in numerous capacities since joining the company in 2012 and assumed the role of Vice President in 2021.

Leading from the front, Shaun has made a positive impact from several different organizational perspectives. Helping drive the company’s census and revenue growth, leading expansion into new markets and overseeing the strategic integration of acquisitions, while always placing the client and caregiver experience as his highest priority.

Shaun’s background in leadership and team management were developed through prior roles as Vice President at Monument Healthcare, an executive search firm and as President of Synergy Mortgage Corporation.
