Bud Flagstad

Bud Flagstad is the current CEO of Care Angel. Prior to this, they were an advisor at RapidSOS from July 2020 to April 2021. Bud has also been a part of MiroDX, Reemo Health, and Seroclinix Corporation. From 2007 to 2008, they were the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Ingenix and Senior Vice President of Software Innovation and Technical Product Services at UnitedHealth Group from 2005 to 2020.

After graduating from high school, Bud Flagstad attended Minnesota State University, Mankato where they received their BS in computer science, business administration, and economics.
