Marissa Knees

Marissa Knees is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in member services and customer support. Currently serving as Manager of Operations at Care.com since October 2020, Marissa previously held the position of Member Services Lead within the same company. Prior to this role, Marissa worked at LifeCare from April 2017 to October 2020, progressing from Member Services Specialist to Member Services Lead. Earlier in their career, Marissa gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Representative at MBI Inc. from August 2007 to June 2016, and as an Advertising Intern at L&R Marketing in late 2002. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University, where studies took place from 2000 to 2003, and previously attended Pace University from 1998 to 2000.
