Alison McCaig

Alison McCaig is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the aged care sector, currently overseeing the HCP and CHSP programs at Care Connect since January 2023. Previously, Alison held the position of General Manager - Operations Support at BlueCross Aged Care, providing expertise for 32 residential homes and expanding oversight to the Home Care business. As Regional General Manager for Regis Aged Care, Alison managed seven homes across Victoria, ensuring high-quality care and profitability. Additionally, Alison has a diverse background in hospitality and operations, having held various leadership roles at RACV, including General Manager, Leisure Services, and at Crown Entertainment as Executive Manager, Conference & Events. Alison holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University, and has pursued advanced management training at prestigious institutions such as the Australian Institute of Company Directors and London Business School.
