Phil Cibelli

Phil Cibelli joined Care Dimensions in 2012 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In his role, he oversees the finance operations, with responsibility for accounting, revenue cycle, treasury and investments, payroll, and facilities management for Care Dimensions. He serves as the finance liaison to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors.

With over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, Cibelli has both a public accounting background as well as private industry experience. He has served in financial leadership positions in publicly traded companies, privately held companies and not-for-profits.

Cibelli is a Certified Public Accountant with a master's degree in business administration from Bentley University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Merrimack College.
