Melissa Wertz, PHR SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Care Hospice, Inc. since February 2022. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources and Interim Chief Executive Officer at NSCHC, as well as Director of Human Resources at Preferred Primary Care Physicians. Melissa has held various HR management positions at organizations such as Fein Power Tools, HJ Heinz, Levy Restaurants, ARAMARK, Sun City Lincoln Hills - Del Webb, and LionsGate Hotel & Conference Center, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations, recruiting, employee relations, training, and performance management.
