Michael Beal

Michael Beal became the President & CEO of Care Initiatives, Inc. in May 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Senior Care Centers from October 2017 to May 2020. Before that, they were the President of Nursing Center Division at Kindred Healthcare from January 1991 to October 2017, where they were responsible for Kindred's nursing center division including SNF, ALF and Subacute service lines.

Beal has over 29 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Michael earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and their Master of Business Administration from Auburn University.

Michael Beal has a MBA from the University of Maine and a BSEE from the same school.
