Abby McKay

Abby McKay (ACIPD) currently serves as a Senior Organisation and Workforce Development Business Partner at Care Inspectorate, a position held since June 2017, where Abby delivers organisational development improvement and change projects aligned with strategic workforce planning while managing a team of OD Assistants.
