Julia Devine

Julia Devine is an experienced professional in the field of adult social care, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at the Care Quality Commission since May 2015, with an interim role as Inspection Manager. Prior to this, Julia held the position of Access to Health and Advocacy Manager at The Elfrida Society from August 2013 to May 2015 and was the Professional Advocacy Manager at The Advocacy Project between May 2009 and August 2013. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Bath, obtained from 2001 to 2005, and attended Woodford County High School for Girls from 1993 to 2000.
