Janna Spektor has had a long and successful career in Quality Assurance and Customer Support. Janna began their career in 1997 as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at VTEL. In 2000, they moved to Manugistics as a Quality Assurance Lead. In 2003, they became a Quality Assurance Manager at Agilent Technologies. In 2004, they took on the same role at AutoTradeCenter. In 2005, they moved to MyBuys (formerly Rubiconsoft) as a Quality Assurance Manager. Finally, in 2007, they became the Director of Quality Assurance and Customer Support at Care2.
Janna Spektor holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
