Heather Moreau

Heather Moreau, PMP, is a seasoned program manager currently serving as the Program Manager for Contracting & Strategy at CareAbout since May 2023. With extensive experience in vendor management and network contracting at Optum from April 2020 to April 2023, Heather has held various leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in operational project coordination, financial data maintenance, and provider contract negotiation. Previous positions include Network Contract Manager at UnitedHealthcare and Program Manager at MVP Health Care, alongside foundational roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont and other organizations. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal/Legal Studies from Champlain College and an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from Woodbury College.
