Wilmarie Gonzalez

Wilmarie Gonzalez is currently the President of PA Market at CareBridge. Prior to this, they were the Bureau Director of Quality Assurance & Program Analytics for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from August 2005 to July 2022. In this role, they oversaw the development of the state's almost $14 Billion Managed Care Long-Term Services & Support Program’s quality strategy impacting Medicaid and Medicare services for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Wilmarie also led clinical, operational, and administrative teams and leveraged data analytics to support policy decisions and financial impact with a focus on improving and driving healthy outcomes.

During their time with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Wilmarie also designed and implemented statewide COVID-19 initiatives in support of LTC facilities. All programs helped, supported, and promoted the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 in LTC facilities impacting both staff and residents. Other services have included expanded testing to include asymptomatic staff and residents, universal testing, contact tracing, and onsite consultation that included clinical, operational, and administrative support to prevent residents and staff from infection.

Before their time with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Wilmarie was the Corporate Contributions Manager at PECO Energy from June 1995 to August 2005.

Wilmarie Gonzalez has a MSM from Rosemont College in Management, a Leadership Training from Commonwealth of PA Leadership Development Institute in Public Relations/Image Management, and a BS from Eastern University in Organizational Management.
