Sheila Jones-Lilley has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Sheila began their career as an Occupational Therapist at Ballard Rehabilitation in 2009 and then moved on to become the Manager of Rehabilitation Services at Dignity Health from 2010 to 2014. Sheila then joined naviHealth, where they held the positions of Inpatient Care Coordinator/Case Manager from 2014 to 2015, and later became a Clinical Team Manager - Care Coordination from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, they transitioned to Signify Health as a Client Clinical Executive, where they played a key role in providing patient data analytics, quality of care management, and care redesign initiatives. Currently, they serve as the President and CEO of CareBuilders at Home, starting in 2023. Additionally, they have also worked as an Occupational Therapist and Consultant at TRANSIT PHYSICAL THERAPY since 2022, and as a Rehabilitation Consultant and Occupational Therapist at TOTAL CARE PT INC since 2015. Throughout their career, Sheila has shown a strong commitment to improving the quality and value of care provided to patients, expanding networks, and successfully leading teams.
Sheila Jones-Lilley has a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from The University of Texas Medical Branch. Sheila also holds an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from the University of Louisiana Monroe. Furthermore, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix.
In terms of additional certifications, Sheila obtained a CPR & AED certification from the American Heart Association in June 2019. Additionally, they are certified as an Occupational Therapist by the California Board of Occupational Therapy, obtained in December 1993.
