Andy Chao

Andy Chao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andy began their career at Integrated Healthcare Holding (IHHI) as an Internal Audit Manager and later took on the role of Interim Controller. Andy then worked as a Revenue Assurance Manager-Consultant at MDxHealth, where they assisted the company in changing its revenue recognition method.

Afterwards, Andy worked as a Compliance Officer-Consultant at IMI, assisting with financial and FCPA audits. Andy also served as an Internal Audit Manager at 5.11 Tactical, overseeing the company's financial leadership restructuring and reducing inventory reserves.

As a Consultant, Andy provided assistance to a variety of companies, including Rubicon Project, Green Dot, Hudson Pacific Properties, Mdx Health, VIZIO, and Appfolio.

Andy's next significant role was as Corporate Controller and Finance Director at Applied BioCode Inc., where they were responsible for financial clean-up, implementing accounting policies, managing budgets, and raising equity funds through investment roadshows.

Andy then served as an Independent Consultant, working as an Interim Controller for a medical device company and subsequently as a Consultant for River's Edge Pharmacy.

Most recently, Andy joined CareConnectMD as their Corporate Controller.

Andy Chao attended UC Santa Barbara from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics.
