Liliane Idylle

Dr. Liliane Idylle, DO is the Senior Medical Officer and leading the CareConnectMD at Home Program. Dr. Idylle is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. She has a B.S degree in Biochemistry from UCLA, graduated from Des Moines University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her residency training at LAC+USC Medical Center. Shortly after, she joined CareMore Anthem Health plan as an Extensivist physician focusing on highly complex, high-risk patients with chronic medical conditions. As an Extensivist, she provided compassionate patient care and followed patients from their arrival to ED, throughout their hospitalization, and as they transitioned to skilled nursing facilities. Once discharged, she provided outpatient follow-up at comprehensive care centers, closing the loop to ensure proper continuity of care. Well recognized by Caremore Clinical Leadership for her clinical acumen and leadership skills, Dr. Idylle was quickly promoted to Associate Regional Medical Officer for the North LA/OC region, where she was responsible for the coordination of care for 18,000 members. Dr. Idylle is passionate about patient care, particularly in the elderly and believes in providing the best care possible by aligning the patients’ goals of care by partnering with the medical team, patient, and their families.
