Venisa Dsilva is an experienced operations and marketing professional with a strong background in managing teams and overseeing catalog operations. Currently serving as the Catalog Operations Manager at Careem since December 2017, Venisa oversees food and grocery catalog operations across the UAE, KSA, Pakistan, and Jordan, leading a team of 30 associates and focusing on performance targets and KPIs. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at INDEX_Dubai and Operations Executive at VIS Exhibitions & Conferences. Venisa also held marketing positions at Prarambh Healthcare Pvt Ltd and YLG India.
