Alicia Murray is an experienced Participation and Research Coordinator at Career Connect since December 2018, where Alicia leads engagement activities and collaborates on research initiatives that elevate the voices of service users, particularly young people and individuals accessing Criminal Justice Projects. Prior to this role, Alicia served as a Case Manager with Alicia's Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service and worked on the European Social Fund program, aiding those with convictions in progressing into education, training, and employment. Alicia's previous experiences include being a Project Worker for the Merseyside Offender Mentoring Project at Sefton Council for Voluntary Service, and roles in operations support at the Merseyside Community Rehabilitation Company. Alicia holds a Master's Degree in Applied Forensic Psychology from the University of York, a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, and is pursuing a Professional Certificate in User Research from the UX Design Institute.
